Information clause for individuals entering the premises of
HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A.
METPOL-BARLINEK

This clause is addressed to individuals entering the premises of HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. METPOL-BARLINEK Branch Fabryczna 2, 74-320 Barlinek (hereinafter referred to as the „YOU”). Your personal data is collected in connection with the 24-hour security of the area supervised by HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A., including the operation of access control and video surveillance systems on the premises of HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. METPOL-BARLINEK Branch (in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we would like to inform you that:

• The controller of your personal data is HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski 66-400, Fabryczna 13-17, registered in the Entrepreneurs’ Register maintained by the District Court in Zielona Góra, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000198829, with Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5971401448 and National Official Business Register (REGON) 210437496 (hereinafter referred to as “HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów” or “Controller”). • Your personal data will be processed:

a. in order to fulfill a legal obligation of the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) RODO);
Processing is often necessary in order to comply with the Controller’s legal obligations or is directly mandated by a legal regulation. The most important regulations under which the Controller processes your personal data include:

• The Law on Protection of Persons and Property;
• regulations concerning the prevention of acts prohibited by law; and
• other regulations imposing obligations, recommendations or instructions issued by authorized state bodies or institutions;

for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR):
Processing may be deemed necessary for the realization of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or a third party, provided that it does not unduly affect your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. When processing personal data on this basis, we always strive to maintain a balance between our legitimate interests and your privacy. In cases where processing is based on this legal basis, we analyze the risks of infringement upon your rights or freedoms and the measures taken to protect personal data. Examples of such legitimate interests include:

• ensuring the safety of individuals present on the premises of HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. METPOL-BARLINEK Branch,
• ensuring the security of property located on the premises of HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. METPOL-BARLINEK Branch,
• maintaining the confidentiality of legally protected information,
• internal administrative purposes of the Controller, including statistical purposes,
• handling complaints and inquiries,
• establishing or pursuing civil law claims by the Controller in the course of its activities, as well as defending against such claims.

• The scope of personal data processed by us includes the following: first name, last name, phone number, PESEL number or other document confirming identity, image captured on a document granting access to the area supervised by HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. METPOL-BARLINEK Branch, and in the system used for issuing these documents (if applicable), image captured on CCTV monitoring, and other data indirectly enabling identification of your identity (such as vehicle registration numbers).

• We collect your personal data either directly from you or from other sources (e.g., your employers, transportation providers, schools or universities if they are, for example, tour operators) providing your personal data during the process of issuing passes. In the case of monitoring, data collection is done automatically by capturing your image and other personally identifiable information through the monitoring system.

• Your personal data may be disclosed or entrusted to the following entities for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded by HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A.
  • Entities providing services in the field of personal and property protection, including those managing monitoring;
  • Providers of teleinformatics systems and monitoring systems used by HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. in this process, as well as entities providing maintenance services for these systems;
  • Entities providing advisory and auditing services to HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A., law firms providing legal services to the Controller.

• CCTV recordings may also be provided to relevant authorities, particularly the Police, Prosecutor’s Office, or courts, in cases where the Company is obligated to do so under legal provisions or for the purpose of pursuing potential claims by the Company or defending against claims.

• Your personal data is processed solely for the specific purposes of the Controller. Once data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, it is regularly deleted. We process your personal data to achieve the specified purposes for a defined period as follows.

Regardless of the above periods, your data may be processed for the purposes of establishing or pursuing civil claims by the Controller in the course of its activities, as well as defending against such claims, for the relevant limitation periods of such claims, which is generally no longer than 6 years from the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.

In the case of monitoring, the Controller may secure copies of recordings in the cases mentioned in section 7 above, until the final conclusion of the proceedings.

• You have a right to:
  • request access to your personal data,
  • request rectification of your data,
  • request deletion of your data,
  • request restriction of data processing,
  • request data portability,
  • object to the processing of your data.
    Please note that these rights are not absolute, and the regulations provide for exceptions to their application.

• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR regulations.

• Providing your personal data collected by the Controller is not directly required by law and is voluntary; however, the consequence of not providing the required data is the inability to enter the premises of HOLDING-ZREMB Gorzów S.A. METPOL-BARLINEK Branch.
